Meetings: Thursdays, 2:00 PM Room 708 Student Activities Conference Room SDS is a new club at Capital, and part of a national organization on hundreds of college and high school campuses. SDS members work on a number of issues, such as ending the war in Iraq, fighting for student rights and free education, and building solidarity with other groups of oppressed people such as immigrants, people of color and women. And at the same time
we envision and build a participatory society
where democracy is practiced at every level: at school, at work and in the community.
